Concepting the Hiring Needs

A good team of human resources is the most significant advantage a corporation may have among its competitors. We start with identification of new and vacant openings available with our client companies, and work intensely to fill the positions with the most appropriate resources.

Initiation of the team

From drawing a Job description to scheduling an interview, we assign teams comprising both young and experienced members. Our teams include organization planning team, and talent acquisition team, where members of both teams will involve in client service as per the requirements and organization structure.

Talent Analysis

This is the first step in our process flow that goes in action. We post the openings through our internal referrals, external sources, social media, and other popular Job portals including LinkedIn and AngelList. Our executive research team will then look for the right resources to fit for the role, as we cross-verify employment history prior to evaluation.

Evaluating the Profile

We invest enough time to focus on reviewing the profiles to filter out the appropriate ones, as any selection mismatch may affect the productivity of the organization. This step is the most crucial, as it decides who is going to be in the list.

Scheduling the Interview

This is the last step in our resource hiring process. We will talk to the client and schedule an appointment; the interview can be either physical or virtual, or both. We are aware of all the virtual technologies that offers video and voice-based interviews. Also, we have our own cloud based state-of-the-art technology to conduct video interviews, where the clients can opt to use it.
